What customers say?

“ A very good restaurant, with high-quality, attentive service, and tasty food. One of us was celiac, so they made sure to recommend, and serve us gluten-free food. The venue was welcoming. Prices were reasonable for the quaity of the food, and the service. ”

“ This is a great place with a friendly atmosphere and even better food. Each dish are very unique but traditional. This is kind of Izakaya for Japanese and stuff don't speak English. But they are still very friendly, try to understand English and there is also English menu. Highly recommended. ”

“ It was a nice izakaya (Japanese gastro pub) at Meguro station. It's a bit hard to find a store. It might look like a cheap store but its food and drinks are all well made and tasty. Their beef tongue stew was especially fantastic! ”

“ I had an excellent meal at Shinatora. The food was very well done especially the karaage, tongue and buri with egg. The nihonshu was also very good and the service was excellent. I'll be going back. ”

“ Homely Japanese restaurant with good Japanese dishes. Also goes well with their selection of Japanese sake ”

“ I visited Sinatra's Meguro branch. Its convenient location near Meguro Station makes it a convenient spot for a variety of occasions, like after work or before or after an errand. The restaurant's atmosphere is easy to identify from the exterior, and even first-timers didn't feel intimidated. The interior has a relaxed atmosphere, with both counter and table seating, making it easy for both solo and group diners. The lighting was neither too bright nor too dim, creating an environment where you could enjoy a leisurely conversation while eating. The surrounding noise wasn't overly distracting, and depending on the time of day, it felt relatively calm. The food overall seemed carefully prepared and not too flashy, giving it a comfortable feel. The seasoning wasn't too strong, allowing the flavors of the ingredients to shine through, making it a meal that a wide range of people would find enjoyable. Even when ordering a combination of dishes, it never felt too heavy, allowing for a comfortable meal. The pace of service wasn't excessively slow, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The staff's attitude was calm, yet focused on what was necessary and not excessive, which actually made the place feel more comfortable. I didn't feel particularly uneasy when ordering or when the food was being served. Overall, I think Sakaba Sinatra Meguro is a casual, easy-to-use restaurant with a stable, unassuming feel. Rather than looking for special staging, it seems more suited to when you want to enjoy a meal and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. I felt it was a convenient place to keep in mind when you're unsure of which restaurant to choose in the Meguro area. ”

“ Meguro's popular izakaya, "Sakaba Sinatra," is a place where you can enjoy delicious Japanese food and drinks in a sophisticated atmosphere. The sashimi in particular is all fresh, with firm flesh and exceptional flavor. Another appealing feature is that the menu changes with the seasons. There is also a wide variety of sake, perfect for pairing with the food. The a la carte dishes other than sashimi are also carefully prepared, so you won't be disappointed no matter what you order. The interior of the restaurant is clean and calm, and there are many female customers, with the impression that more than half of the customers are women. It is a recommended restaurant where you can enjoy a leisurely meal in a moderately lively atmosphere, perfect for girls' nights or dates. ”

“ We arrived around 8pm on a weekend. It was quite busy, so we managed to get in just in time. The standard menu item, meat tofu, was well-seasoned and not as strong as it looked, which I like. The seasonal edamame and corn tempura were also delicious. The roast beef tongue and seasonal clay pot rice take time to cook, so I recommend ordering early! It's also great that you can take the rice home if you can't finish it. They have a wide selection of snacks to go with alcohol, and their drinks are very good, including their homemade lemon sour! ”
